jeeta1 Terms and Conditions — The Foundation of Transparent and Fair Play

Section 1 — Introduction and Applicability

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between the company operating the jeeta1 platform and the user. By accessing the jeeta1.cam website, creating an account, or beginning to use any service, you are considered to have fully accepted these Terms.

Section 2 — Account Registration and Eligibility

To open an account on jeeta1, you must meet the following requirements:

• You reside in Bangladesh or in an area where receiving online betting services is not legally prohibited.
• You must hold a valid and active mobile number and email address.
• You have not previously been subject to any ban imposed by jeeta1.

2.2 One Account Policy

Each individual may create only one account. If the same person operates multiple accounts, it will be considered fraudulent activity and all accounts may be immediately terminated. Any balance or bonus held in those accounts may be subject to forfeiture.

jeeta1 reserves the right to verify any deposit or withdrawal. If any unusual activity is suspected, a withdrawal may be temporarily placed on hold while additional verification is carried out. This process is conducted to protect the user's funds.

3.2 Currency Policy

All transactions on the jeeta1 platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Transactions in foreign currencies are not currently available.

Section 4 — Bonus and Promotional Offers

jeeta1 has a special VIP program for loyal players. The program has five tiers in total, and each tier comes with a weekly cashback benefit:

• Bronze: Weekly cashback up to 0.2%
• Silver: Weekly cashback up to 0.5%
• Gold: Weekly cashback up to 0.7%
• Platinum: Weekly cashback up to 1.0%
• Diamond: Weekly cashback up to 1.2%

You can advance to higher tiers by using the platform regularly and actively. Each tier comes with special benefits and rewards.

Section 5 — Game Rules and Fair Conduct

5.1 General Game Rules

All games on the jeeta1 platform are conducted fairly and transparently. Each game has its own rules, which can be found in the game interface. It is recommended that you read the relevant game rules carefully before playing.

5.2 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the jeeta1 platform:

• Playing using any kind of software bot or automated method.
• Exploiting any technical flaw or vulnerability in a game.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage.
• Money laundering or conducting any unlawful financial activity.
• Using false information or a fake identity.

9.2 Third-Party Services

9.3 User Responsibility

11.2 Language

These terms and conditions have been prepared in the Bengali language. In the event of any conflict between a translation and the original Bengali text, the Bengali text shall prevail.

11.3 Severability

If any clause of these terms and conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable for any reason, the remaining clauses will continue to remain fully in effect.
